We contracted Bikas Building for a complete renovation of an existing store into a usable space for our clinic. The work included soundproofing, re-zoning the HVAC, putting in 12 rooms, taking down and rebuilding all interior walls as well as carpeting, painting and putting in light fixtures and flooring. The building work was carried out under the close scrutiny of the building inspector and all issues were handled by the contractor, Pete Bikas. This was the first commercial build-out that we had ever been through, and Pete made the whole experience manageable. Pete also had great connections for architectural design, mechanical design and interior design, all of which he oversaw for our convenience.
We cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism and dedication of all the Bikas Building team under the supervision of Pete BIkas. During the entire build-out the space was kept clean and the team was courteous and helpful. All of our questions and concerns were answered promptly and to our satisfaction.
Pete, the contractor, is himself a man of the highest standards and expects those standards to be reflected in the quality of the work his team produces. The standards were met at every stage of the project and furthermore the works were started and completed to the forecast time scale and forecast budget.
